Grading and Pricing structure |
What determines the grade?
- Location and surroundings or proximity to local attractions
(beach / mountain / city centre etc)
- Degree of luxury or furnishings and fittings
- Facilities and amenities offered: pool, air conditioner, alarm system
games / bar room / tennis court etc
- Variations to the above may occur from area to area

Within each grade, the price will vary depending on the number of guests the house
can accommodate. (1-2 bedrooms, 3-4 bedrooms, 5+ bedrooms)
The price is also determined by the seasons: (these will vary slightly from year to year
depending on the school and public holidays).
DISCOUNTS APPLY FOR LONGER STAYS IN NON PEAK SEASONS (10% for 7 days or more, 12% for 10 days or more, 15% for 14 days or more in off peak and shoulder seasons)  PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A POST CLEAN AND LAUNDRY OF R365 - R485 PER BOOKING, DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF THE HOUSE, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE LENGTH OF STAY

When booking your holiday house, please enquire about the following services we offer to make your holiday more pleasurable (please note that they need to be booked in advance)
- Baby-sitting:
We work with a few very reputable and trustworthy babysitters in Hermanus. Please try book in advance, especially during peak seasons.
- Airport and other transfers:
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and Cape Town or surrounds. - CLEANING SERVICE: We can arrange a char, for R165 per day (9am to 4pm) incl cleaning materials. This service is only available Monday to Friday and no public holidays. Weekend and public holiday cleaning can be arranged IN ADVANCE for R275 per day.
- DSTV: Each house is set up differently, so ask when booking, but generally you have the option to bring your own smart card from home for the decoder. DSTV no longer allows connections for less than a 1 month period, so you need to bring your card from home if the house does not have permanent connection.
